hahaha did I forget to tell you he catches you presents....? Actually quite impressed that he's progressed to rats and mice... for months he's been bringing us flowers and leaves... and a couple of baby birds which are always still alive so we've had to chase them around the house to rescue them. I'm impressed because he's not bringing them to me! You might have to put a bell on him! I tried that too, but the bell only lasted 2 days before the little bugger figured out how to detach the bell from his collar. Might have also forgotten to tell you about the bath! Is he sitting in it and meowing demandingly? he wants you to turn the tap on a little bit so he can drink from it (did I spoil him? give in to his behavioural training). He looks so happy and I'm so glad he's got a lovely home. Funny how he likes to sit in / on suitcases / bags/ boxes....
